Check-in time is not usually before 5.00pm and up to 7.30pm if possible (Late arrivals should contact us in advance to make arrangements)
Check-out time is by 10.30am on the morning of departure
We are a no smoking house.
A deposit will be required to confirm your booking - we ask for one night in advance.
Payments by cash or cheque only please.

Cancellation terms
Our cancellation terms are as follows: Your deposit will be refunded if you have to cancel 28 days or more before the start of your stay with us.
Should you have to cancel within 28 days of the start of your stay your deposit will be refunded only if we relet your room.
Should you cut short your stay during your visit you will be liable for the full cost of your booking unless we relet your room.
